Does Birth Control affect your HPPD

Hey guys super new to this site. Im 19 with hppd, I'll be going to college and I want to find better contraceptive options, but I'm not sure how it will affect my HPPD. my symptoms are not bad I don't see strong patterns anymore, I only have warping which isn't as noticeable now unless I stare for a long time, and I have floaters. The only bad symptoms I have had since is when I am sleep deprived I have feelings of depersonalization. Im honestly blessed to not experience much. I saw a few post on here of people talking about their experience of being pregnant and how pregnancy hormones affected their HPPD but I was wondering if anyone here has had any experience with birth control and how it affects their HPPD.
