Anyone tried a low histamine diet?

I tried it for a while but not for very long. It seemed to lower my anxiety quite a lot back then, which is interesting. I didn't notice an influence on HPPD, but wasn't really looking for that. Might try it again sometime. I've also tried quercetine and similar supplements, but at least on their own they didn't seem to change anything.
