Jim Posted December 20, 2023 Report Share Posted December 20, 2023 Has anyone taken this supplement? I have started this and heard good things but my fear is I’ve heard it can stop recovery? I started taking this during a random flare up which has brought back visuals I haven’t seen in a while. Will NAC stop me from going back to baseline? NAC is a antioxidant, which is generally thought of as being good for reducing inflammation and helping with various different types of metal disorders. The only things that I suspect can put someone back or slow recovery are taking other hallucinogens or similar recreational drugs like alcohol.
