When looking at a light, and i move my eye balls the light seems likes it dances

Anyone one else have this symptom where when I look at any light source and move my eyes i feel the light moves . If i focus on any light and move it fells the light moves

I get that too but I don't know if it's just from looking directly at a light - not something I would've done or noticed prior to getting HPPD.
