Is it hppd or some thing else

I CAn see some static on walls and stuff  like u woude se on a tv only that it is transparent and like a overlay it is extremly mild and i only notice it when looking  for it or worrying so i normaly dont notice it but in some peroids of my life i think more off it. Does this sound like hppd i have done acid meny times after and never got worst i smoke weed evryday for over 5 years and that dosent make it worst only that it might make me think about  makes me notice it more. Only other psymptome is if i stear at my sealing it Will very rearly look or feel as if its moving

Have also notice flickering floor but it is only if i look or steare
