New symptom

Got a new symptom which is brief and comes and goes it's like tiny illuminous lines or dots that sometimes moves like tiny flurencent shooting stars I guess quite concerned because I'm 10 months in and I'm not seeing any improvement in general can any shed some light on this or give me some support cheers x

I have had this symptom 2.5 years. Like a dot or like appearing in my vision and then disappearing. Sometimes black/ white, coloured or sparkly. It almost disappeared and then came back with again. Exercise helps
