Vision problems

In dark environments, sometimes in general, my vision seems blotchy, almost like there are darker patches in my vision, it's hard to explain, it seems to be in my peripheral vision, not necessarily darker, but discolored. It's hard to describe. I have anxiety and I'm a bit of a hypochondriac, so I'm afraid of brain cancer or MS or ALS because of the other strange sensations I experience (head pressure, occasional muscle spasms, (could be related to use of vyvanse, the adhd medication), trouble organising thoughts, speech issues) I'm just wondering if this is what anyone else has experienced? I've been dealing with this for over a year now..
