Mr.50's Posted June 22, 2015 Report Share Posted June 22, 2015 im trying my absolute best to heal as much as I can this summer off of school, that includes mostly depersonalization wise but I want to relax and do everything I can to help visual wise. I have a lot of good clear headed days but I have this anxiety like symptom that isn't actual anxiety. I have this tightens in my chest area that makes it feel like I can't breath but don't worry get anxious or any other anxiety symptoms while havejng it. It's delaying my recovery and I want it gone, is it just plan anxiety or can I do some stretches or something to get rid of it?
