whenever I get good sleep I feel amazing during the day my depersonalization almost disappears and may visuals aren't as pronounced, but for some nights I get horrible sleep even though I follow my same strict bed time and wake up schedule that helps me, like I wake up 1 time and that completely messes up my sleep and leaves me feeling extra depersonalized and foggy the next. Can anyone relate and how do you get good sleep
