Mr.50's Posted March 6, 2015 Report Posted March 6, 2015 whenever I get good sleep I feel amazing during the day my depersonalization almost disappears and may visuals aren't as pronounced, but for some nights I get horrible sleep even though I follow my same strict bed time and wake up schedule that helps me, like I wake up 1 time and that completely messes up my sleep and leaves me feeling extra depersonalized and foggy the next. Can anyone relate and how do you get good sleep
toppalini Posted March 8, 2015 Report Posted March 8, 2015 taking benadryl will help but you will quickly become dependent on it.
