Does anyone have similar hppd or advice? I’d be grateful for any input, thanks.

Hi, I’m wondering if there’s some people in the same position as me. I took mushrooms frequently until I had a bad trip. Basically ever since then I have almost normal open eye vision but my cev, is usually vivid. It’s getting in the way of my sleep now so I’m very worried. If you have/had similar hppd, please let me know. Any advice would be great.
