I tried tegretol which is basically trileptal with more side effects, reduced my visuals about 40% the first day but it made my depersonalization worse

I'd still give it a few days, if it doesn't work I'd try Wellbutrin

Don't know how it works that much, just know it's a serotonin and norepinephrine(dopamine) reuptake inhibitor. Lots have said it made their symptoms worse, those who it did work for love it

I wouldn't start in both but it most likely is the sinemet, sinemet is literally pure dopamine so it seems quite obvious that it would make you feel a little happy, it's safe though it's not like meth or cocaine those are dopamine reuptake drugs, sinemet is just dopamine which would make you feel happy if you had low dopamine.

Does Wellbutrin cause an increase of anxiety and agitation in everyone? Is it dose dependent? Also if added a serotonin antidepressant(one that works for me) would that decrease the anxiety/agitation?

Several meds you can try, sinemet, lamactil, flunarizine, benzos, I'm your case I recommend meds but I healthy exercise full life has helped more people than meds have

Visual, when you took Wellbutrin did it increase any of your visuals? Also was it a decent antidepressant?
