I've never had tinnitus or ear pressure before HPPD, never listening to loud music.

Am i the only one noticing this? I can feel like a strange pressure in the brain when i hear sounds sometimes.

I would rather be blind or deaf than having the depersonalisation and cognitive dysfunction.

This is such a great idea! We have to get the word out about HPPD.

Do you guys think if a parent does acid or some type of a heavy drug that they could somehow pass that to the child. Dr.A felt like you had to use LSD or something like that at some point in your life to develop hppd. Could myslingerbult's parents have done this and pass it done and when he smoked pot it set it off? I'm just trying to understand these people who have never touched a drug or smoked pot once how they get it.

I can assure you that my parents haven't used any drugs, they don't even drink alcohol. Drug use affects your brain, not your future childerns, it's simple biology.

However, i smoked pot 5 times and the last time was ridiculously scary, i saw myself die in third person view and then i exchanged a few words with the devil (my friends have told me that i was unconscious on the floor during the trip). Marijuana can give you hallucinations if you're vulnerable.

I have that feeling as well! I always feel like seconds from madness.

Mine are dp/dr, anxiety, fatigue and cognitive dysfunction. My visual symptoms are nothing compared to these four. How about you?

Yes, i have all of that... It's so annoying.

I've only done pot and got HPPD from it.

Sleeping with a light helps. I see them alomst every night but some nights are more worse than others. I've had HPPD for over 9 months now. Got it from marijuana.

Is this discussion leading anywhere? I want to be cured more than anything.

So, how long time did you live as normal after you hallucination? I had a totally normal life for three weeks after my hallucination, then one evening, all hell broke loose.

I see faces and scary things when i'm about to sleep. It's called closed-eye hallucinations and is often a HPPD symptom.

I think LSD-HPPD gives more visuals while marijuana-/spice-HPPD gives you more dp/dr.

I'm from Sweden and they don't have a clue here either.

I think interviews would be a vital part. I also think that if we make a documentary, Kozin and Abraham would like to take part.

How did you find out that you had HPPD? Did your doctor told you that or did you have to find it out by yourself?

As in my case, i had to find it out all by myself. My doctor thought that i had a psychosis.

I would prefer a dark and sad tone of the documentary, because it's a real sorrow to live with HPPD.

Yeah man, quit the drugs. I've had HPPD for almost a year and i've realized that the real world is way better than the imaginary psychedelic world.

Great idea! I'm also very good at filming and editing films. Kickstarter would be nice, but i think you need an american bank to use kickstarter. People really need to know what HPPD is.

Hppd has given me speech problems. I have a hard time finding the right words and sometimes i can speak slurred.
