    Well, been on the Benzo's for a week so far to deal with a rough patch/break-up without going into HPPD hell, depersonalization fading immensely and almost symptom free.. Problem is, it's Benzo's :/ Then again, I smoke 20 a day, and I know which one is the worst substance..

    Had the last of my Kava this morning, a powerful euphoria resulted. Definitely buying more.

      Awesome :) Damiana is still doing the trick for me here, but I'd love some Kava as well!

      :) Only thing about Kava is the price tag, £10 for 50 grams which made 4 brews. May order 100 grams of some so called 40% kavalactone powdered lateral root to try it out. Glad the Damiana is working, I like Damiana but it has a very potent aphrodisiac effect on me haha!

      Yeah definitely different to what I was expecting, no lessening of any symptoms though, just makes them more tolerable :)

    Crazy, crazy dreams last night about having DP/DR in the future, staring at a clock with the hands spinning round really fast, then I woke up. Shit me up. In other news, my Kava Kava arrives today which should be fun.
