When you used valeriana and you thought its helps you is it lowed your emotional condition o visual? I have a really good effect from valeriana and whant to ask you how long do you take it and why did you stop taking it? Dont want to think its Just gives me an illusion help

This sounds very reasonable, there is some truth in this, many articles write about treatment for symptoms after 3 months or half year, but what about those whose condition only worsened over time?  This is very scary, because for example, I feel that my symptoms are progressing despite the correct (probably) treatment.  This is very scary because I can’t know if everything will worsen over time.  I dont  known what the worsening of symptoms over time may be associated with, it may be aggravated by stress and fears, as many who have worsened continued to use drugs(stuff). 

But all I have now is watching my visual symptoms getting worse, and thats why the stress and sadness getting bigger. 

Hi Chris, I decided to try your combination, and I felt that taurine really influenced the visuals, for the first time in a long time they were dicreced for minimum, but it feels like on a very short period 1-2min, please tell me how long did you take taurine before your visuals were cured?

I take 1500mg in a day for a 3 days
