Bipolar and mania already plague my mind so i just don't want to double fuck myself more. This disease sounds like literal hell.

sorry i just realized this question seems stupid and vague, and no one can probably really answer it with any certainty. lol

So i tripped like a month ago and i tripped for way longer then normal, like 7 pm - 11:30ish pm the next day, is this normal and i just haven't noticed it before, i mean i was just getting minor tripppy buzzy feeling but it seemed to increase in intensity like at 8 pm. Should i play it safe and never trip again? or am i being paranoid, i'm also bipolar 1 if that has anything to do with it.
