  1. I think the most impact you can have is to eat a healthy low carb (whole grain) diet with lots of leafy greens, veggies and lean meats in small portions. Something like the Mediterranean diet. And get plenty of exercise, fresh air, sunshine, clean water and good quality sleep. Meditation is also very good for HPPD symptoms. No drugs (obviously) and keep the smoking and drinking to a reasonable level.

    I'm terrible about doing all of those things.

  2. okay so i once had a bad trip on cannabis and after that i felt depersonalization for 4 days or so. I didnt feel it anymore but 1 month later i felt it again and got scared and then i had a flashback back into my bad trip all of sudden

    At the time i didnt know it was a flashback i didnt know what was happening to me and i was so scared. So i went home and took a nap. When i wake up i had derealization and a little dp but ky vision was like visual snow.. And a week later i got tinnitus (ALL OF SUDDEN) I was laying i bed and i could hear it comming.

    So now its Almost 3 months later and i still have visual snow vision. It scares me so much cause it makes me think of the bad trip and sometimes i get a flashback again.

    Some people may think this wouldnt be annoying but it really is! Is this hppd? Or not help!
