Research doesn't quite work like that; scientists require a sample of a population, not just one individual. A sample size below 7 is statistically worthless.
Also you wouldn't have to donate your whole brain, an MRI study or a small tissue sample would be enough, but I guess the latter is just as big an investment as your suggestion is anyway.
