brake Posted November 28 Report Posted November 28 (edited) Hi so recently I started taking clonezapam and levetiracetam both at the same time and that has seemed to make the biggest difference in my symptoms. I read that the name brand keppra works better than generic so I tried name brand keppra as well. For me there wasn't much of a difference between name brand and generic. I take 0.5 mgs of clonezapam (Klonopin) in the morning and 0.5 mgs at night. I take 250 mgs of keppra at night. I also added gynostemma tea to my regiment which was used to treat anxiety, depression and schizophrenia in Asia. It made a minor difference in my symptoms overall. My mind feels stronger. I also take this calm supplement once in awhile. My sensitivity to stimuli such as lights and noises decreased. My depth perception improved. I seem to be more aware of things and I seem to enjoy things more. My anxiety and depression decreased. I also like calmed down and stopped ruminating over the past so much and being so sensitive. I feel the best when I take three 0.5 mgs of clonezapam all throughout the day but my doctor is conservative with the dosages so I can't always do that. Sometimes it seems like my after images and light brightness and sensitivity decreased completely and at other times no. However the static and visual snow is very stubborn though and nothing seems to affect it. I feel happier and less depressed though. My symptoms seem to bother me less whereas before they caused me severe anxiety and I felt overwhelmed by them everytime for years and years. Be careful though, you might get strange reactions and feelings from mixing too many things though. Always start the dosages and amounts small just in case. My symptoms are severe so I feel this is necessary. Definitely not fully cured though but this seems to be the combo that works best for me. I had too many allergic reactions from gabapentin and lamictal to continue taking it but lamictal seemed promising though. Sometimes I do feel very drowsy and sleepy. Edited November 28 by brake
