Paramox
I’ll keep this short. For years my symptoms have been extremely manageable and I forgot about them, then suddenly over a year ago everything randomly flared up and I now experience, among other symptoms, a strange body feeling that I can only describe as “feminine” or “female” in the sense that my voice feels high-pitched, my hands thin, my body shape looks not masculine and I lack this masculine energy that I once had. I sometimes feel like a pathetic child around other men and my social skills (i.e. confidence) have decreased. This is so weird to me, has anyone felt anything slightly like this?? Jay1
Probably some off-shoot of anxiety/paranoia. Maybe completely unrelated to HPPD even. There's a well studied trend of men feeling inadequate with the boom of social media and gym culture.... porn probably doesn't help either. If you are really concerned, you can get your testosterone levels checked to make sure nothing is physically changing. I've always had a slight built and conventionally less manly than most... I simply don't give a shit though!
