Wim Hof Method

I was wondering if people have tried the Wim Hof Method and noticed any improvement in anxiety, stress etc. I'm on my second day and honestly the idea of hold my breath is freaking me out a little.  I'm mainly just paranoid of doing any more damage to my brain. I have come a long, long way and am doing really well but the pandemic mixed with having a baby and working on a PhD have started to weigh on me emotionally.  Any words of encouragement or information will be much appreciated, I have come to really trust you guys.
