cosmiccharlie Posted January 28, 2021 Report Share Posted January 28, 2021 I was wondering if people have tried the Wim Hof Method and noticed any improvement in anxiety, stress etc. I'm on my second day and honestly the idea of hold my breath is freaking me out a little. I'm mainly just paranoid of doing any more damage to my brain. I have come a long, long way and am doing really well but the pandemic mixed with having a baby and working on a PhD have started to weigh on me emotionally. CrowBennett Posted February 9, 2021 Report Share Posted February 9, 2021 My cousin practices the wim hoff method and though she has not openly told me that she hallucinates daily, it's pretty obvious.
