Actually before I got strong HPPD I was never planning on doing drugs again for fear of making my visual snow worse (only had this symptom for a while), and because I wanted to focus on my studies etc. Then a month after my last drug use I had a severe worsening of symptoms. I find it very refreshing and relaxing. If I hadnt found this site and a diagnosis by now I woulda topped myself tbh.
