POSSIBLE CURE: Removing grains from diet.

 https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4809873/

this article is interesting, it talks about bread/grains and the effect on mental health (mainly refers to schizophrenia but I believe it could work for any mental illness)

you should eat a natural carnivore diet (ketogenic)

Here is a list of foods that need to be reduced or eliminated on a ketogenic diet:

  • Sugary foods: Soda, fruit juice, smoothies, cake, ice cream, candy, etc.
  • Grains or starches: Wheat-based products, rice, pasta, cereal, etc.
  • Fruit: All fruit, except small portions of berries like strawberries.
  • Beans or legumes: Peas, kidney beans, lentils, chickpeas, etc.
  • Root vegetables and tubers: Potatoes, sweet potatoes, carrots, parsnips, etc.
  • Low-fat or diet products: These are highly processed and often high in carbs.
  • Some condiments or sauces: These often contain sugar and unhealthy fat.
  • Unhealthy fats: Limit your intake of processed vegetable oils, mayonnaise, etc.
  • Alcohol: Due to their carb content, many alcoholic beverages can throw you out of ketosis.
  • Sugar-free diet foods: These are often high in sugar alcohols, which can affect ketone levels in some cases. These foods also tend to be highly processed.

Don’t eat plants they are full of antinutrients

you should eat meat (preferably raw) such as organic gras fed beef liver, organic grass fed steak, raw cows milk (unpasteurised)

"Don't eat veg or fruit"?! hahaha, you will have much bigger problems than hppd within a few months.

"Science" paid for by the cattle industry would be my guess.

Paid for by the cattle industry? My god you are deluded. Eat fruit and vegetables all you want... the point being is that grains cause mental illness, so bread, seeds, pasta ect...

Your post  literally says:

Reduce or eliminate "All fruit, except small portions of berries like strawberries." "Don’t eat plants they are full of antinutrients"

Read the article mate. That’s the important bit. And plants are full of antinutrients and you shouldn’t eat fruit it’s just sugar

I’ve been on this diet for years. It’s effective for many things. A cure? Certainly not. But one thing it certainly does help with an unbalanced dopamine reward system sensitized to massive doses of sugar and carbs. I find if I eat carbohydrates I am hungry every two hours. On keto I feel like I eat for nutrition, not because I want that feel good dopamine. When I eat, I feel satiated, not full. Took a long time for me to discover the difference.
