To be honest they are all the same to me but what most people say are the red strains are better for that and white strains are more stimulating. I would go with the Bali strain. It isn't one of my favorites but most people swear by it. And from there when you order request some samples of red and green veins. Try the Thai Kratom, Bali and Malay. Like green Malay, red Bali and red Thai.
