andrewcb Posted April 28, 2014 Report Share Posted April 28, 2014 Natural calm is a real good magnesium product, it will really get the bowls going at first too so be near a toilet lol. I clench my jaw sometimes too and also blink the crap out of my eyes. Magnesium does help a ton. If you got eye floaters too lmk if the magnesium helped.
