Jaw clenching

Supplementing magnesium would be a good idea for this, I think, it relaxes the nervous system, and in turn muscles.

NaturalStacks' magnesium product is a good one if you can afford it - three types of magnesium, two highly bioavailable and one (MgT) that crosses the blood-brain-barrier readily.

Natural calm is a real good magnesium product, it will really get the bowls going at first too so be near a toilet lol. I clench my jaw sometimes too and also blink the crap out of my eyes. Magnesium does help a ton.

 

If you got eye floaters too lmk if the magnesium helped. As soon as I started taking it mine have gone away a majority of the day and when they do appear they aren't as bad.
