I sleep to feel a little better when things go trough the roof, and sometimes i drink 3 or 4 beers, then i dont have problems the next day. And drive a bit in my car Hopefully not at the same time? Anyway, I don't have any coping strategies. My HPPD is mostly constant, though, so it doesn't actually "go through the roof".
