Hey I wanted to start a thread where you can post things that might help in coping with, decreasing, or even overcoming symptoms of anxiety, depression, DR/DP, PTSD, OCD, and HPPD. There are a bunch of threads on supplements and medications but not enough self help kind of stuff.
