anyone tried digestive enzymes - protease etc?

Hell it doesn't hurt to try! They say it is promising and I think it could help with anxiety and depression which in return can help with sleep and energy levels and that in return can help autism or add/adhd. I mean there is no reason to think it wouldn't help unless you are completely healthy. If you got a messed up gut and don't eat properly I think there is a good possibility you will get results. Now will they be dramatic results or subtly, idk, but it is worth a shot. If you do this lmk I was going to get some myself 2 weeks ago but I got Phenibut and a few other things instead, bad mistake! Phenibut is no good to me.

so initial impression is positive.  I take nattokinase and serrapeptase in the morning on an empty stomach and solgar digestive enzymes with my main meal.  It seems to improve my clarity, wakefulness and mood.  Like nac but better.  I think the digestive enzymes are the most significant but its hard to tell.  My theory is that what gives me brain fog is undigested material getting through a somewhat leaky gut. NAC helps to detox this material, but enzymes stop it in the first place.  Either that or they are stripping a load of proteinous clag that has built up in my body.  No effect on hppd itself tho.
