GLYX-13! NMDA modulation is currently one of the most novel anti-depressant approaches I believe? I got kind of pissed off when I read in the Dutch news today about Ketamine being a "novel" anti-depressant. That's been known for ages.
Anyways, I remember looking it up, and it was like $100/mg, and the dose was 1mg/kg I believe. Could be wrong slightly, but you get the point.
