WuWei Posted May 8, 2015 Report Share Posted May 8, 2015 I think people in general (especially Americans) eat way too many carbs- ie drinking sodas and eating candy, chips, white potatoes and lots of super processed grains. Shadowplay Posted May 12, 2015 Report Share Posted May 12, 2015 LCHF does slow down the brain. This is great for both visuals and anxiety. I don't stick to the diet. But when I did, it helped.
