I have had HPPD for a long time but had a major flare up about a year ago now, i was on SSRI before i had it and didn't realise it was a SSRI till about two months ago, yes i tapered off over about 4-6 weeks. Probably should have slowed it down. I have been on the meds for about a year and a half

I need help, i feel like this is my new normal, its so crazy. I am having new symptoms every day i dont know if its because of the SSRIs' if not because i dont feel the intense withdrawals anymore. Currently have crazy headaches
