As far as I know is that benzo long term helps hppd, but the withdrawal symptoms can spike anxiety up and therefore worsen symptoms again. So you gotta be careful with the dose and have off days etc. But u gotta talk with experienced people about it.

Hey, i'm sorry to hear about your struggle. I really recommend you Klonopin. There are alot of succes stories about that medicine for HPPD. But discuss this with your psychiatrist. And make sure to use it safely as you don't want to be dependant.
