also I have noticed that the calmer I feel, the less apparent the HPPD. Do many people on the forum also have an anxiety disorder?

If I look through my phones camera, all the things in the room have definite shape and size and look completely normal, there is still snow but!! Could this be a possible treatment look at your phone then look at the object and your brain might be able to remember how to perceive the object!! Anyone else wanna try this and share their input?!
